Introduction of new ERP systems

So far I have supported the implementation of SAP® systems in several projects as a project manager or sub-project manager. In addition, I have been involved in some cases where the project had to be brought back on track accordingly. Especially in difficult cases, a calm and secure overview is needed to put things back on the right track.

But I can support you not only in the context of SAP® projects. Projects with ERP reference, where critical project paths are involved, are my area of expertise in project management.
